Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before the session begins.

Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 10+ days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 10 days of the event are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with full credit toward a future date.

Rescheduling:
- Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Full credit from the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled event.
- Coupons & Discounts: Promo codes and coupons cannot be applied to this class.
- No Payment, No Event: If the balance is not paid by the event start time, the session will be canceled with no refund.
Travel Policy
For bookings outside of Memphis city limits, a $400 travel and lodging fee applies.
For events more than 200 miles from Memphis, TN, additional travel accommodations may be required and will be discussed prior to booking.

1. When can we expect our order?
The processing time for all orders is 2-3 business days excluding weekend and holidays.
2. What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.

Body Butter: Store at room temperature, avoid high heat.
🛁 Sugar Scrub: Store in a dry place, if left in the shower be sure the lid is sealed tight so that water does not enter.
Hair & Beard Oil: Store at room-temperature. Apply oil on your scalp and massage with fingertips using a circular motion.
